ACIDIFYING CONIFER FERTILIZER

Root formation fertilizer is granular mineral fertilizer. Intended for acidifying the soil in acidophilic plants. Recommended for fertilizing all species of conifers, blueberries, rhododendrons, azaleas and other acidophilic plants. The appropriate form of nitrogen contained in the fertilizer stabilizes the acid reaction of the substrate.

Acidophilous plants develop properly and grow only in their own soil reaction. In a high (neutral or alkaline) reaction, the substrates are unable to absorb nutrients, which results in nutrient deficiencies. On plants, they are visible in the form of chlorosis, discoloration, dying, weakened growth, flowering or fruiting. The acidifying fertilizer contains nitrogen in the form of ammonium, it acidifies the soil, but also nourishes plants for a long time, because it is not washed away so deeply in the soil, but retained in the sorption complex. Thanks to the acidification of the substrate, the plant better absorbs the remaining macro- and micronutrients from the soil and is properly nourished.

Application method

Use when planting plants or to regulate the reaction of plants already growing on dates from March to August. The best is to fertilize once. If the soil reaction has increased after some time, the fertilizer can be reapplied after 3 months by measuring half the recommended dose.

Fertilizing plants during planting

1. Measure the right amount of fertilizer: 12 g of fertilizer for 10 liters of soil.
2. Mix the fertilizer thoroughly with the soil intended for planting.
3. After planting the plants, watered the ground with plenty of water.

Fertilizing already growing plants

1. Measure the appropriate amount of fertilizer: 120 g of fertilizer per 1 m height / diameter of the plant.
2. Spread the fertilizer evenly around the plant and mix as much as possible with the topsoil.
3. After applying the fertilizer, water the plant abundantly with water.

1 handful is about 30 – 40 g of fertilizer.
